By moving beyond common myths and addressing the realities of industry risks, this program provides a comprehensive framework for recognizing vulnerabilities and implementing consistent, life-saving habits.
Participants will explore a three-layer safety system that integrates proactive habits, physical safety tools, and modern technology to ensure they remain protected during high-risk activities such as isolated showings, open houses, and first-time client meetings.
Throughout the session, attendees will learn how to conduct rapid safety assessments, verify clients gracefully, and maintain situational awareness in diverse environments.
