Sarah Lareau is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Verity and founder of Lareau Group, serving Wichita Falls and surrounding North Texas communities. A licensed real estate agent since 2015 and Texas Real Estate Broker since 2022, Sarah has more than $100 million in career sales volume and hundreds of closed transactions.
Sarah represents buyers and sellers in residential real estate, land, farm and ranch, commercial, and relocation transactions throughout Wichita Falls and surrounding communities, including Iowa Park, Burkburnett, Henrietta, Archer City, Holliday, and other areas across Wichita, Archer, and Clay counties.
Known for straightforward communication, strong negotiation, local market knowledge, and strategic advice, Sarah helps clients make informed real estate decisions while managing the details from the first conversation through closing.
In 2024, Sarah was named Salesperson of the Year by the Wichita Falls Association of REALTORS®. She serves on the association's Board of Directors and is actively involved in the local real estate industry.
