This course will give the student the ability to become a better real estate professional through listings. We will do an overview of the required laws and review ethics. Then we will discuss finding those that want to sell through prospecting effectively. The course moves through the process of actually selling the listing obtained and all the negotiations necessary. We will then look at the process from contract to close and ending on a group activity to reinforce that which was learned.
GDWCAR must receive a cancellation notice in writing 72 hours prior to the class/event for a full refund.
A $10 fee will be added to your account if your registration is not cancelled according to the Cancellation/Refund policy. This fee must be paid before registering for another course/event with GDWCAR.
